Products purchased on the website are delivered in Portugal. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.
The time between placing the order and the first delivery attempt by the carrier at your address results from the combination of the following aspects:
- dispatch time (24 to 48 hours) = payment validation + order preparation + delivery of the order to the carrier
- delivery time – responsibility of the carrier.
Delivery times are indicative and therefore considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure events).
The contribution for transport, added to the price of the purchased products, will be calculated automatically by the system as follows:
- Up to 5 kilograms.
- Up to 10 kilograms.
We ship to mainland Portugal automatically through the website process. However, for orders with higher weight than indicated or for other locations/countries, please place your order by email at info@soludoliva.pt
or use the contact form available on the website.
In case of non-receipt of the order within the indicated timeframes, SOLU D’OLIVA will contact the transport company to determine what happened to the order, which may take a few days.
The customer must contact SOLU D’OLIVA Customer Service and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order must first be verified and confirmed.
If the loss is confirmed, SOLU D’OLIVA will send a new order again. The customer has the right, upon receiving their order, to open the package to verify whether the product corresponds to what was ordered and whether it has no external defects. If the product is not the one ordered or shows visible defects, SOLU D’OLIVA advises the customer to refuse delivery, fill in the appropriate form for this purpose and return the product to the carrier, who will handle the return at the moment of delivery. An email must also be sent within the next 24 hours indicating the problem to info@soludoliva.pt
.
The right of withdrawal remains valid for cases of technical problems detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided by law.
What to do at the moment of delivery:
- Check that the packaging is in perfect condition.
- Check that the product matches the order placed and that it has no visible defects.
- If everything is correct, accept the delivery.
- If there is any non-compliance, such as an error in the requested product or a visible defect, you must refuse the delivery and complete the form intended for these cases, indicating the problem.
