What is the delivery time for an order?
Mainland Portugal: After payment confirmation and order shipment, delivery is made to your home within 3 to 5 business days.
Islands – Madeira and Azores: After payment confirmation and order shipment, delivery is made to your home within 5 to 15 business days.
How is delivery made?
Orders are delivered by a carrier’s delivery person to the address you indicated in your order.
On which days and times do you deliver?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No deliveries are made on holidays and Sundays.
What is the shipping cost for an order?
For mainland Portugal and the islands of Madeira and Azores, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight/volume of the order.
