Solu D´Oliva – Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Trás-os-Montes

Solu D´Oliva was born in 2024 as the culmination of intense and dedicated work by Luís Oliveira, inspired by a clear vision: to produce an excellent olive oil, deeply rooted in the Trás-os-Montes region and oriented towards the future.

Obtained exclusively through first cold extraction, this olive oil is produced from Cobrançosa, Madural, and Verdeal Transmontana olive varieties, according to the specifications of the Trás-os-Montes Protected Designation of Origin, guaranteeing authenticity, origin, and superior quality.

Vision and Values

This olive oil presents a balanced sensory profile, with intense fruitiness, well-defined green notes, and an elegant and persistent spiciness, characteristic of olive oils from this region.
